Day 1-3
Brainstates Awareness Profile

Understanding the neuroscience research behind the BrainStates Management Model and the 3 core skills (Recognize our BrainState; Shift to a higher BrainState; Maintain and maximize the Higher BrainState).

Learning the neuroscience behind the 7 dimensions the BrainStates Awareness Profile measures (Metacognition, Brain Energy, Attention/Positivity, Body/Physiology, Actions/Behaviors, Shifting BrainStates, and Underlying Beliefs)

Practicing the skills immersed in the senses with the lavender, river, vineyard at IgD Center for Neuroleadership & Diversity’s 16th Century olive mill site
Application Assignments:
- At local seaside and village excursions: explore the dynamics of nature and energy healing
- During Neurodiversophy game night: learn neuroscience through gamification
DAY 4-5
Working successfully with the BrainStates Awareness Profile; Explore Brain + Body + Culture Neuroscience and Application of Flow

- Learning how to use the BrainStates Awareness Profile with individuals and groups
- Learning Neuroscience-based coaching framework and tools to debrief and coach the BrainStates Awareness Profile results/report

- Practicing the coaching tools debriefing the BrainStates Awareness Profile results/report
- Learning 3 tools: SCARF Model, Polyvagal Theory, and the Encultured Brain

- Understanding how to use neuroscience in the workplace and crossing cultures
- Using BrainStates Management to cross cultures and increase inclusion
Application Assignments:
- Grasse - perfume capital of the world. A taste of neuroanthropology - learn to make perfume a in the ancient tradition while applying the neuroscience of scent and epigenetics to the French culture.
- Themed lunches where we will explore brain+body+culture themes in exotic settings to apply in your work and personal lives.
- Farewell dinner on the Mediterranean: beach night in Nice where we put it all together

Day 6:
Day of Wellness, Resiliency and Healing
We visit Cannes and a 5th C. island with a working monastery with award winning vineyards and lavender fields that rejuvenate our mind, body and spirit. Join us for meditation with monks and energy clearing under ancient olive trees, a very unique experience for our participants.
Explore the mind-body-spirit connections and subtle energy that is the basis of healing and vitality
Learn and practice techniques to work in the body and clear energy blocks to support wellbeing
Learn and practice tools based in the neuroscience of appreciation to increase well-being and resiliency
Application Assignment
Aperitivo and wine tasting – we explore the neuroscience of taste and smell, the Provence way.
