One of the unique features of our Retreats is the integration of the local history and beauty of Provence Cote d’Azur:, Visits to historic Antibes, Nice and Cannes, and the legendary perfume factories of Grasse. Boat trips to a remote thousand-year-old monastery on the Iles -des-Lerins, lunch in the scenic medieval villages of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and of course, the grounds of the IgD Center, where our break out rooms are among the roses and lavender, as we learn along the cascading river bank or inside the historic 16c olive mill with its thousand-year-old Roman aqueduct.
